Fireforce Balloon Inflation Device Received Product Certificate from Thailand
Recently, MicroPort Scientific Corporation (HK: 00853) announced that it has received official certificate of regulatory approval on Fireforce Balloon Inflation Device from Thailand's Ministry of Public Health (MOPH). The validity period is through September 16, 2014. This is the first international regulatory approval for MicroPort's Fireforce Balloon Inflation Device.
The Fireforce Balloon Inflation Device includes pressure gauge, extension tube and hand-held holder.It is a medical device intend for inflation and deflation of medical balloon catheter. Fireforce Balloon Inflation Device is designed for rapid and precise control of inflation process of PTCA/PCI balloon catheter and also can be used in other interventional procedures.
Fireforce Balloon Inflation Device provides consistent pressure output in positive pressure and quick release features. It allows physician to control balloon dilatation process safe and precise. Clear pressure gauge panel allows physician easily to read and monitor in the clinical environment.
