Mr. Bo Peng Joined the Company Executive Committee
Mr. Bo Peng was recently appointed by the Board as one of Executive Committee members. The Executive Committee, the top decision-making body under the Board, is composed of the President, CFO, COO, CTO, CMO as well as Vice President of Manufacturing. Meanwhile, Mr. Yufei Hu, Vice President of Finance, no longer serves as an Executive Committee member.
Mr. Peng served as senior vice president of domestic sales and marketing of the company before he was appointed as CMO on July 2010. Mr. Peng has over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales. Prior to joining us in 2001, Mr. Peng once served as vice president, general manager of subsidiary sales company, and company director of Xianxing Electronic Group. Mr. Peng received his bachelor's degree in computer science from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 1990 and a master's degree in business administration from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics in 2003.
