Recently, MicroPort Medical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. ("MicroPort") established its wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai MicroPort Orthopedics Co., Ltd. at the Shanghai International Medical Zone, and officially received the Business License for an Enterprise as a Legal Person issued by the Shanghai Industry and Commerce Bureau on May 18th.
Shanghai MicroPort Orthopedics Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer and developer of orthopedics technologies. It has been the third wholly-owned subsidiary established by MicroPort since 2008, which was an important action to carry out the product diversification strategy of MicroPort, and will facilitate MicroPort to continuously stride forward towards its goal of becoming a comprehensive medical device enterprise.
