In January 2008, the Chinese edition of Forbes, a world-famous business magazine, published its list of "Chinese Enterprises with Best Potential in 2008". With its encouraging year-on-year sales performance and promising development outlook, MicroPort Medical continued to rank among top 10 of the list.
This list is the result of an independent survey made by Forbes' Chinese edition aimed at Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and the ranking is made based on enterprises' sales and operation situation over recent 3 years. Since being honored by Forbes list of top 100 Chinese enterprises with most potential in 2006, MicroPort has been included in the list for three straight years. According to statistics, MicroPort enjoys 96% year-on-year sales growth over the past three years. In the latest list of top ten SMEs, MicroPort Medical is the only enterprise to be twice honored by this list.
