Shanghai MicroPort Lifesciences Co., Ltd., won the Outstanding Customer Service Award at The China Best Call Center and BPO Summit 2011
The China Best Call Center and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Summit 2011 was held in Tianjin Binhai on September 22-23. Shanghai MicroPort Lifesciences Co., Ltd., won the Outstanding Customer Service Award at the summit along with nine other companies, which included L'Oreal, HP and SONY. MicroPort was proud to accept this award as it represents the second customer service award for MicroPort Lifesciences since receiving the award for 2010 China (Asia-Pacific) Best Service Call-Center.
