Mrs Alice Flacco is General Counsel of MicroPort® CRM since 2021. Her key responsibilities include overseeing corporate governance, cross-border transactions, international mergers and acquisitions, litigation, intellectual property, and antitrust matters on a global scale.
Prior to joining our Group, Alice Flacco worked as an associate lawyer at top-tier international law firms, including Baker McKenzie and Bird & Bird, as well as in global corporations across Italy, France, the UK, and Luxembourg.
Mrs. Flacco graduated with honors from La Sapienza University in Rome, Italy, and holds two master's degrees from the University of Paris II Assas in Intellectual Property and International Business Law. She is admitted to the Bars of Rome and Paris.
