Surgical Robots
Our innovative robots offer surgeons superior surgical outputs. Honghu Orthopedic surgery navigation and positioning system is a one-of-a-kind surgical robotic product for Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) helping orthopedic surgeons resolve issues faced during traditional surgery and achieve higher accuracy and efficiency. Ultimately, Honghu reduces trauma and bleeding for patients during surgery, and enables a faster recovery process post operation. In addition, our Toumai™ Laparoscopic Surgery Robot successfully completed its first surgery for Robot Assisted Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy (RALRP) in 2019.
HONGHU
(SKYWALKER™ FOR FDA (510K))
Honghu (SkyWalker™ for FDA (510k)) is a robotics system independently developed by MicroPort to carry out total knee arthroplasty (TKA), completed First In Man Clinical Trial (FIM) at Ninth People’s Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine on June 30th 2020. Director Li Huiwu and his team successfully completed the operation on a female patient to restore her lower limb function.
Honghu Orthopedic surgery navigation and positioning system is a one of a kind surgical robotic product for TKA. Compared with traditional joint replacement surgery, robot assisted joint replacement surgery can help orthopedic surgeons resolve issues faced during traditional surgery and achieve higher accuracy and efficiency.
Honghu features a preoperative planning system, which could generate a personalized surgical scheme for patients based on the data collected from 3D CT scanning. It also features a highly dexterous lightweight manipulator that allows for smooth completion of the osteotomy process, which improves the operation efficiency, surgical accuracy, as well as reducing the space needed to carry out surgery. Ultimately Honghu enables a faster recovery process post operation.
TOUMAI™ ENDOSCOPIC SURGERY ROBOT
Toumai™ Endoscopic Surgery Robot successfully completed its first successful surgery for Robot Assisted Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy (RALRP) at Dongfang Hospital in Shanghai on November 1st 2019. RALRP was provided to a patient, who was admitted to the hospital for early prostate cancer.
Compared with traditional laparoscopic surgery, robot assisted surgery has the advantages of providing real-time 3D vision, and precise control of the surgical arms, which allows for highly dexterous manipulation within a narrow space, thereby shortening time of the operation.
“Whether it is the high-definition visual effects presented by 3D laparoscopy, or the dexterity and precision provided by the surgical arm, the Toumai™ Laparoscopic Surgery Robot is able to provide performance that is competent in fulfilling the complex and delicate demands of a radical prostatectomy surgery.” Academician Sun Yinghao.
DFVision® 3D Electronic Laparoscope
DFVision® 3D Electronic Laparoscope applies chip-on-tip structure including two high-resolution imaging objective lenses. On the basis of providing the full HD resolution of dual images, DFVison® reduces the weight of the laparoscope largely by avoiding applying the traditional optical structure. The 3D imaging and rich color performance allow the details of the surgical field to be presented accurately. The enhanced visualization and the precise presentation of the anatomy of human organs provide greater convenience for surgeons and shorten their learning curve.
Product Features
3D image
The surgical field is captured by the dual-lenses system, and processed by the imaging algorithm to present a 3D view with a natural feeling of depth. This feature solves the problem that the positions of the organs are hardly to be determined due to the lack of depth feeling in 2D view.
Full HD 1080p
DFVision® delivers full HD 1080p images, which is able to provide more details of the surgical filed than laparoscopes with lower resolution.
Lightweight
DFVison® reduces the weight of the laparoscope largely by avoiding applying the traditional optical structure, which reduces hand fatigue level of the assistant surgeon.
