Mr. Chen Guoming, Senior Vice President of Project Management and Technology Development of the Group, member of the CEC, and GEC. With 15 years of industry experience in R&D, clinical application, and supply chain management in the field of valves, Mr. Chen is the inventor or co-inventor of over 100 patents in China and overseas.
Mr. Chen joined the Group in March 2010 as Senior R&D Manager at Shanghai MicroPort Medical (Group) Co., Ltd. On September 1, 2016, he joined Shanghai MicroPort CardioFlow Medtech Co., Ltd., where he previously served as Vice President of R&D and then Executive Director. On August 2023, he was transferred to the Group as First Vice President of Project & Knowledge Management and Technology Development. At the same time, he was appointed Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board at MicroPort CardioFlow.
Mr. Chen obtained a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechanics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, in June 2007, and a master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the same university in March 2010.
