Ms. HE LI is the First Vice President of Board Secretary and Legal Affairs of the Company, a member of CEC.
Ms. LI joined the Group in May 2016. Prior to joining the Group, she has worked for well-known global companies and has over 13 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, risk control and strategic management and over 14 years of experience in corporate governance.
Ms. HE LI received her bachelor's degree in Accounting from Xiamen University in 1996 and her master's degree in Business Administration from the Sauder School of Economics at the University of British Columbia in 2004.
