Ms. Jing Huang, born in 1981, was appointed as our non-executive Director on 28 August 2026.
Ms. Huang has over 23 years of experience in investment management and human resources. Ms. Huang currently serves as the deputy general manager of Shanghai Pudong Innovation Investment and Development (Group) Co., Ltd. From August 2003 to May 2005, Ms. Huang worked as a staff member of the Shanghai Pudong New District Public Personnel Service Centre. From May 2005 to February 2015, she served as a staff member in the Human Resources Department of Shanghai Zhangjiang (Group) Co., Ltd. From February 2015 to November 2024, she successively served as the deputy manager, the manager and the general manager of the Human Resources Department, the general manager of the Venture Capital Management Department, and the general manager of the Investment Management Department of Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park Development Co., Ltd. (whose shares are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code: 600895). From November 2024 to July 2026, she held a senior management position at Shanghai Pudong Science and Technology Innovation Group Co., Ltd.
Ms. Huang obtained a bachelor’s degree in management from the School of Economics and Technology, the University of Science and Technology of China in August 2003 and a master’s degree in management from the School of Business, Shanghai University in April 2010. Ms. Huang holds the professional and technical qualification of Economist.
