Mr. Paul Andrew Vodden is Vice President Finance of MicroPort CRM and a member of ICC. He joined our company in November 2011 as business controller of the CRM business. From June 2016 to April 2018, Mr. Vodden was the vice president of finance (Europe and Japan) of Sorin CRM SAS, he was mainly responsible for the management of finances for the cardiac rhythm management franchise and the finances of Europe and Japan. Since October 2018, Mr. Vodden has been serving as the vice president of finance of MicroPort CRM, primarily responsible for the global financial matters.
Prior to joining our company, Mr. Vodden served as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 1986 to January 1991. From February 1991 to June 2003, Mr. Vodden worked in various finance related positions at Hewlett Packard, with his last position as financial operations manager, where he was primarily responsible for financial business support. From September 2003 to May 2011, Mr. Vodden successively served as director of financial planning and analysis Europe and finance director, European subsidiaries at Boston Scientific International SA, which is a subsidiary of Boston Scientific, a medical devices company whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: BSX), where his responsibilities included business support to the region.
Mr. Vodden obtained his bachelor’s degree in science (BSc) from University of Southampton in the United Kingdom in July 1986 and qualified as an associate chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in July 1990.
