Clamart, France — July 23, 2026 — MicroPort CardioFlow today announced the successful first implantations of the VitaFlow Liberty™ Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (“TAVI”) in Germany. This milestone marks a significant step in the company's European expansion and reflects the growing adoption of VitaFlow Liberty™ across key TAVI markets in Europe.
The introduction of VitaFlow Liberty™ in Germany builds on the company's growing presence across Europe following successful commercial launches and first implantations in Poland, Denmark, Romania, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Portugal and most recently in the Czech Republic. Together, these milestones demonstrate increasing physician confidence in the VitaFlow Liberty™ system and reinforce MicroPort CardioFlow's commitment to expanding access to innovative TAVI therapies throughout Europe.

The procedures were successfully performed by Dr. Fernando Gatto and his team at SHG-Kliniken Völklingen. Dr. Gatto highlighted “the ease of use and excellent performance of the VitaFlow Liberty™ system, noting that all procedures were completed smoothly.”
