MicroPort Lifesciences Won the Award of '2010 China(Asia-Pacific)Best Service Call-Center'
On 28 September, the 2010 Call Center Industry Summit, sponsored by the China Call-Center & CRM Association (CNCCA) and organized by CTI Forum with support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC, was held in Beijing. Shanghai MicroPort Lifesciences Co., Ltd. ("MicroPort Lifesciences") won the Award of "2010 China(Asia-Pacific)Best Service Call- Center", along with ICBC, Ctrip, Huawei Technologies, Dell, among 40 corporations all together.
The candidate corporations were examined and evaluated by design and specifications, operation and management, data and performance, customer experience, as well as innovation and improvement, covering various industries involving telecommunications, financial services, government, manufacturing, electronic commerce and outsourcing. Started in 2006, the Call Center of MicroPort Lifesciences which makes constant work in expanding its duties and functions has already become the industry-leading service platform armed with medical-background customer service professionals and self-developed contact center technology platform.
