MicroPort Medical Honored as one of Deloitte Top 50 Fast-growing Chinese Hi-Tech Companies

On October 18, 2007, MicroPort Medical (Shanghai) Co., Ltd was honored by Deloitte's 2007 list of "Top 50 Fast-growing Chinese Hi-Tech Companies", a ranking program by Deloitte China for Chinese fastest-growing technology companies. MicroPort's Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Wang Li received this award on behalf of the company.

"Deloitte Top 50 Fast-growing Chinese Hi-Tech Companies" is a ranking effort aimed at sci-tech, media and telecommunications companies in Mainland China and Hong Kong, and with the operating revenue growth rate of candidates over past three years as main evaluation standard, with the purpose of recognizing and recommending hi-tech enterprises with fast growth. Since Deloitte China initiated this program in 2005, candidate companies have covered such sectors as biotechnology/pharmaceutical, telecommunications network, medical apparatus, semiconductor, computer, Internet, application instrument, software, energy-saving technology/new energies and new media. This program has established sweeping influence and popularity in Chinese technology, media, telecommunications and other relevant industries, and also arrested huge attention of hi-tech companies, venture capitalists and media.

MicroPort was successfully included for the first time in this authoritative list through Deloitte's rigorous evaluation.
