Recently, MicroPort has been granted the 2012 National Labor Award, which is the highest honorary title set up by the ACFTU (All-China Federation of Trade Unions) to the advanced groups.
On the theme of "being creative, devoted, and capable on the post", MicroPort has organized a series of labor emulation activities involved every employee from 2011. By promoting labor emulation through over 500 rationalization proposals, and 20 positions and 42 innovative projects, it has generated 5 million RMB economic benefits in six months. These events inspired not only the enthusiasm of the majority of employees, and also promoted sustainable development as well.
