MicroPort® Signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Medical Device

Shanghai, China – On March 17, Shanghai MicroPort Medical (Group) Co., Ltd ("MicroPort®") and Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Medical Device (Shanghai) Co., Ltd ("Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Medical Device") signed a strategic partnership agreement which will allow the two companies to achieve cooperation in various business segments in China to jointly promote the development of the domestic medical device industry.
This signing ceremony was held during the First Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Medical Device Summit and MicroPort® Chief Marketing Officer Bo Peng and other senior management attended the ceremony. Themed on "Innovation for the Future," this summit gathered the senior management team and research fellows from Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd, GF Securities, SinoLink Securities, Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Strategic Development Research Institute, Shanghai United Imaging, and Steris (Shanghai), to discuss the potential development of the distribution channel. Bo Peng delivered a keynote speech on "MicroPort®'s Innovation Path," to share the company's scientific, management, and marketing innovations as well as its solutions to deal with future challenges, with active interaction with the attendees.
